Fans of the Mega Man series should be crossing their fingers and tying knots in hankies next Tuesday, because that's when the fate of the next game in the series will be decided.
Yep, on Feb 22nd game director Mazakazu Eguchi will meet behind closed doors with Capcom's top execs at their Tokyo HQ. He'll show them a sample build of Legends 3 (3DS) that he and his team have been working on for the past few months. Based on this, Capcom's head honchos will then decide whether to take the project to the next phase (presumably full development) or to just can it.
Scary times indeed, especially when you consider that it's been over 10 years since Mega Man Legends 2 lit up the original PlayStation with its nifty action RPG malarkey.
But Maz thinks that you may be able to help sway the decision. In the latest entry of his blog on Capcom-Unity, he's called upon all fans of the little blue fellah to help "get our rocket off the ground" by spreading the Legends 3 word across the globe prior to the meeting.
Well, we've done our bit. Now it's up to you.
