Cliffy B confirms what'll be in the Gears 3 beta

In an interview for EA's web series Pwned Cliffy B has confirmed what to expect in the beta for Gears of War 3 when it arrives.

Well, of course there's gonna be Team Deathmatch. More interestingly he confirmed that after a certain amount of time they'll be unlocking another mode called "Capture The Leader".

Cliffy went on, "You'll be able to see certain characters such as the Locust Queen as a playable, as well as Prescott who's the chairman of the Cog."

Wow! If we were stoked before, our pants are now well and truly full of it.

Gears 3 launches late 2011. The beta hasn't yet been dated.
